The website is taobao. It was the Chinese version of ebay. It's owned by alibaba.com the world largest suppliers portal on the internet. Taobao is now so important in China that even malls have their own online shop there. Even amazon sells through taobao in China.

You can get everything online and you can open your own shop online. The service follows western standards. I've spent more money there than I'd like to admit.
