This old Commodore PC has been running 24/7 for the past 30 years without ever being replaced and still controls the heat and cooling systems for 19 Grand Rapids, Michigan schools.

Wait a moment... did he say they bought that computer on ebay (2:00)? So, THIS computer has NOT been runnning 24/7 for the past 30 years as it is a replacement.

exactly. not to mention, the amiga computer there is still way over-qualified to be handling such a simple task. it's not like they're running a nuclear power plant off the thing. it was a very popular computer, and they should have no problem getting replacements.

throw in the fact that the video shows a different computer (C64), and this smells like a relatively quaint story that they're trying to turn in to a much bigger deal than it is.
