It starts when you see photos of yourself...
Which then devolves into self-loathing...
...and then wishful thinking.
So you start to look at what you're eating...
...and then realize your diet is shit.
So you force yourself to eat healthy.
And get rid of all the crap food in your house.
You practice portion control...
Like, really practice it.
...and even ask your friends to hold you to your new culinary misery.
And as you feel yourself pine away.
And watch other people eat whatever the hell they want and still stay in shape.
Seriously, it's bullshit at what they can get away with.
Taunting you, while you work your ass off.
But you stay strong.
Until people start asking you if you lost some weight.
And they start complimenting you after you tell them about your little diet.
