South Harbour School in Copenhagen is a new public school which is also the winner of WAN Education Award 2016. JJW Architects, one of Denmark’s largest architectural firms, designed South Harbour with the understanding that schools are places not only for the learning process but also for social exchange. The idea behind this design is surprise, challenge and stimulate students, teachers and visitors when they move around the place and outdoors. Well, it sure looks good.
