Leila Jayne Daly found a worm in her lettuce. She complained about it on the Facebook page of her local supermarket where she bought it and got the most brilliant customer service experience. Take a look.

Days later after their first FB exchange, Daly received a few things from Ross in the mail. A Netflix gift card, and a Sainsbury’s gift card.
