why even list countries at or below 100? don't think you can call them THE smartest when they are below or at average. it's just praising mediocrity.
Belgium (average IQ: 100)
A founding member of NATO, the European Union, World Trade Organization, and other important organizations, Belgium is another Western European country to make it to the list. A birthplace of many renowned scientists, Belgium scored 100 in the survey.
