Hungary (average IQ: 99)

One of the smallest countries on the list, Hungary is home to less than 10 million people; what it lacks in size, it greatly makes up for in significant contribution to the world’s arts, music, literature, sports, science, and technology. why even list countries at or below 100? don't think you can call them THE smartest when they are below or at average. it's just praising mediocrity.
