why even list countries at or below 100? don't think you can call them THE smartest when they are below or at average. it's just praising mediocrity.
Norway (average IQ: 98)
The first Scandinavian country to appear on the list, Norway is known for high quality of life, one of the world’s highest incomes, and stunning landscape. Obviously, it is also a very smart country with the average IQ of 98.
