why even list countries at or below 100? don't think you can call them THE smartest when they are below or at average. it's just praising mediocrity.
Australia (average IQ: 98)
Scoring another 98 is Australia, a country with the second-highest human development index in the world. The Australians are also proud of their education system and the literacy rate that was estimated to be 99% in 2003.
