Casa Ceramica, a tile company from Manchester, UK, has found a perfect solution for people who run too quickly through their hallway. This optical illusion was made with the use of their tiles, and is mind-boggling even after you’ve actually walked over it.

Lauren Drain, 31, from Florida, US, is a cardio-nurse and a personal trainer, who has whopping 3,7 million Instagram subscribers. She claims that her perfect shape is the result of healthy lifestyle, which she chose when she decided to stop her exhausting, over-eating and full-of-medicines life and be healthy all the time. Now Lauren has her own fitness site to help others be healthy as well.
