Also in the movie Pearl Harbor, it's 1941 and in the military restaurant, or whatever they call it - nobody is smoking; another thing, there were no slant deck aircraft carriers then - (too many more to mention) but this is the funniest; the captain of the aircraft carrier is calling for full speed ahead and when the camera pulls back, the anchor chain has deployed so the anchor is still on the seabed.

This movie is full of mistakes, from coins being placed on the corpse’s eyes, even though coins weren’t around at that time period, to the umbrella with metal spokes above Paris and Helen’s head. Also, most of the equipment the soldiers use is from the Classical Period between the 5th and 4th century BCE rather than at the earlier time period during the Trojan War.
