Also in the movie Pearl Harbor, it's 1941 and in the military restaurant, or whatever they call it - nobody is smoking; another thing, there were no slant deck aircraft carriers then - (too many more to mention) but this is the funniest; the captain of the aircraft carrier is calling for full speed ahead and when the camera pulls back, the anchor chain has deployed so the anchor is still on the seabed.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
This movie is set in 1938, but the German vehicles have a symbol of a swastika over a palm tree. That symbol was part of the Deutsch Afrika Korp created in 1941 by Hitler to help his Italian ally in North Africa.
