Granted, she was a human and he is half Vulcan, so maybe they grow up faster and just kind of plateau at that age for a couple hundred years. I don’t know, let the nerds figure it out.

Lily Salvatore as a mother of a high schooler wouldn’t be all that bad considering she’s 33 (teen moms and stuff), but when the 17-year-old is played by a 27-year-old, they might as well be husband/wife.

That being said, they’re all vampires I assume. So they get a pass for immortality.
