First of, it's a legislative requirement to use Privacy opt-in / opt-out settings. I can't do anything there. I should mention that it was setup to pop-up 1 time a month for you to apparove an updated ad provider list. If you see Privacy window more often then that, you might be probably cleared your browser cookies.
Regarding to anti-adblock. I was really surprised to know that you encounter the anti-adblock pop-up with Adblock off in your browser. Let me explain. The anti-adblock solution is provided by a third party. Either it was a mistake on their side or their adblock has problems detecting Adblock on / off on a visitor's browser. I've disable anti-adblock for now.
