Sylvester Stallone
While filming Rocky 4, Balboa defeats Ivan Drago in the Russian’s backyard. Stallone wanted the fight scenes to look realistic, so he pushed Dolph Lundgren to hit him harder. Well, Lundgren hit him so hard that Stallone’s heart slammed against his breastbone and began to swell. Without medical attention, his heart would have swollen until it stopped.
