I just scrolled through and read a story on baking bread with ancient yeast, and you leave out the end and what it tasted like?

Now, even Blackley has pointed out that the yeast probably isn’t 100% pure yet. This was more of a test run to see if they could even harvest an ancient yeast strain and make something out of it.
