Despite it being a protected site, Mayor Oscar Dominguez didn't want to give the vandal any credit: "Maybe JK Rowling dropped by to promote her latest spin-off,” he joked. "Either way, it is clear that the graffiti was carried out by an amateur in the world of magic."
