#8 I'd say that even if only one in a hundred are reported (making the number 2300 since 1884) that would be only 2.300 in 8.000.000.000 or about 1 in 3.5 million if you will.
I remember being a kid and thinking shooting stars were a once in a lifetime thing. Well, as it turns out I was an idiot. You could legit be wishing on a shooting star every 10-15 minutes.
