All of the data comes from the data of the US Census Bureau’s Population Estimates Program, comparing numbers from 2010 to 2018 against each other. If you compare the value of “Net migration,” which measures how many people move to a city minus how many people left, to the current population estimate, you get a percentage that shows how much a city has grown.
