#18 Unless this is some very small, very private club, there is no such thing as a high rank in a bdsm club. It's more likely that the sister is on a board of a club which maintains a rented play space, which means she does what most board members do in a bdsm club - they run the office. However, in many of those clubs it also means is that she's one of those people who absolutely positively has to be in charge. Of everybody. All the time. And I'm going to leave that right there.
