As an American, I feel the need to answer these questions. If you feel the need to thumb these answers down, please give a brief reason why before doing so, please.

#28 some people do, but table/counter sitting is usually when at large parties when all the other seats are taken, or at school between classes because the chairs are uncomfortable/missing, or to be cool.
#29 usually little kids crumple money because they haven't been taught how to handle it yet, or when in a hurry when given change at the market register because there is a long line behind you, but we usually smooth it out and fold it later to put in wallets or purses.
