As an American, I feel the need to answer these questions. If you feel the need to thumb these answers down, please give a brief reason why before doing so, please.
1)No
2) No
3) Yes. I'm pretty surprised at this. Doesn't everybody?
4) Oh my yes. Some places more than others. In the South, it's almost a religion.
5) Yeah, usually spoken by kindly old grandma types.
6) Yes, but it's cheap, so it's for "poor people".
7+8) Yes
9)No, it's a coastal thing.
10)Yes
11)No
12)It's acting
13)Yes
16)Yes
17)Yes
18) No
19) Yes
20) Yes
21) Yes
22) No, it's just acting.
23) Used to, but as the knowledge of that became more common, other ways of hiding a key were invented.
24)Yes, although I never did.
25) Yes
26) I haven't the faintest idea of what you're talking about.
27) Really? Well, keep in mind that a meter is just a little longer than a yard, and a football field is 100 yards from goalpost to goalpost. So 100 yards is a little more than 91 meters.
28) I haven't the faintest idea of what you're talking about.
29) Crumple their money? I've never seen that in the movies, so...?
30) Teenagers did, back in the day. Still do, I'm sure.

#26 we call them fish sticks and usually have them with ketchup or ranch dressing.
#27 Honestly most americans dont know how big a "football" field is, we just know it is big. Its like saying an "olympic swimming pool", however big that is, it's gotta be big.
#28 some people do, but table/counter sitting is usually when at large parties when all the other seats are taken, or at school between classes because the chairs are uncomfortable/missing, or to be cool.
#29 usually little kids crumple money because they haven't been taught how to handle it yet, or when in a hurry when given change at the market register because there is a long line behind you, but we usually smooth it out and fold it later to put in wallets or purses.
