No, this is not one line higway. This is normal two-way road, with no center line marked. In Poland, many less important roads look like this (I live in Poland).

Eunice, It’s a small two lane , same direction highway. You do not from the right lane , decide to cross into OR over the left one at the last second to access a small entry. Where I live , the right is the slower lane , the left is where you want to pass other cars. If I had to do the same manoeuvre as the police , I would have gotten into the left lane after checking ahead of time , put on my left signal, the driver would have seen him. The cop car was in the wrong in my opinion. I don’t understand.

I don’t understand why it’s not simple for other drivers to get it..
