I still don't get poutine. I'm Belgian and we eat something about the same but way better. Stoofvlees (meat stew with beer) with fries, salad and mayonaise. Look it up. It even looks better
Poutine
French fries + cheese curds + gravy = paradise. Thin, thick, curly... it doesn't matter. As long as your fries are drizzled with loads of melted cheese curds and ladles of rich gravy, you're in for a treat!
