Hopefully no one got killed. The city I used to live in , a woman was celebrating her birthday with her spouse. She decided to sit and eat in the atrium. A huge slab of concrete fell and killed her. This was in 2009 Montreal.Horrifying.

Cyrus, Um, no mention of Communism was made in the comment. What was so clandestine about the genocide? If Communism is not mentioned and "unparalleled materialism" is mentioned, it sounds an awful lot like capitalism is being blamed.

Looks like EIFS. This is not an uncommon occurrence. Because of numerous failures of EIFS, some cities in the US didn't allow it's use until some issues with it's installation were resolved. It's difficult for a contractor to get insurance to install/work with EIFS walls. Many insurance companies just won't insure them.
