How do you know it's not a rescue or sanctuary animal and they're transporting it safely? What other reasons would it be there? Try to think before you get all self-righteous.
Stop pretending that humans don't do sh#t like keep wild animals as pets. We just spent the early part of the pandemic watching those crazy Tiger King people...lots of Americans keep exotic pets illegally.
here's an alternative idea. Some airports use trained birds to chase away flocks of birds that would otherwise be a risk to planes.
