I get what you are saying and agree.
However, since the video is about not making stuff up, I am compelled to say that we use 100% of our brain, all the time, divided between conscious and subconscious processing of information... any other statements about brain usage are false/from movies.
However, masks do increase the force required for the diaphragm to draw air into the lungs, and this extra load can make some individuals quickly fatigued, lightheaded, and even panicked during periods of exertion. People are genuinely having trouble breathing through certain types of them, especially the multi-layered cloth masks.
A pillow over the face is just an extreme mask, but it makes the point that Dr. Manbun so self-righteously glosses over.
No, the mask will not help you to not catch it. In fact, you can get it with a half face respirator, if it gets in your eyes.
Instead, it helps others to not give it to you. Thats why its so important that people wear them, to keep YOU and me, safe.
I should mention a face mask, protects no one, if you don't also wear a mask.
Daniel, I have worn one for hours at a time, in the front line. I never grew faint, and I have my own oxygen saturation reader. Because I have asthma, it normally sits between 91 and 94. I was fine and tested at 92 after 2 hours. Would you want to watch a 2 hour video, just to see that last 30 seconds?
I want to add here, some common sense... when you give mouth-to-mouth, you exhale and breathe into another person's lungs. There is enough oxygen in our exhalations to breath life into them.
We don't breathe in pure oxygen, and there is plenty of CO2 in the air already.

Thunderf00t has done it for 15 minutes and oxygenlevel did not drop.
Masks do not lower oxygenlevels in the blood.
yeah, its a common fact that surgeons cant breathe in the middle of operations, and they need to be given oxygen mask instead....
