The problem is, not even with the packaging, it weighs less than the NET.
NET means: weight of the product (without packaging included).
So, double win for the seller of those products.

Now do they charge every package the same regardless of the exact weight or do they weigh it at the till and charge per lbs/kg regardless what the printed weight is. It is hard to put in a 3rd of a cucumber in the bag or get 3 random cucumbers to the get exact weight printed on package bag.
