I don't understand what was interesting about this scene. I just looked like the white car went around this black car (that had the dashcam) and partially blocked the 2-way road due to the distance to the intersection. He had the red light, so he had to stop. Was the police upset that the white car didn't automatically advance onto (and block) the crosswalk?
