#18 if you boil water and have some left over, don't throw it away. Put it in the fridge and re-heat it later for more boiled water

Pres, It's better if you freeze it in small bags, that way you will never be short of boiling water.

Pres, I prefer to use condensed boiled water for storing, that way it takes up less space in the fridge or freeze. And it's so easy to hydrate it for proper consistency and flavor.

Overcrowding the pan

If you do this, you can be left with lots of juices within the pan during the cooking process. This leads to the meat boiling rather than searing.
