And that wouldn't happen if people in USA used proper winter tyres. Or I guess it would still happen with people who don't take the snow/ice/slush seriously. For example, take a look in the Nordics. No problems like this even during the harsh winters

I live in Norway. This almost never happen here. Why ? Because we not stupid to drive 3 ton truck with summer tyres on snow.
