#19 It actually means "don't give up" in chinese (别放弃 bie fang qi, the last character is written in traditional chinese though and not in simplified).
Even the single translation of every character don't include a translation which means spread or greens.
So, I don't know what language and how she researched it, maybe in Japanese they use the same characters but with different meaning.
