IZ, these posts would be easier to read without the distracting and unrelated graphics. Easier for you to post, too.

I call BS on #16. That's not how type 2 diabeties works. I might believe it for a type 1 who doesn't get an insulin shot... But type 2 is the oppsite. I got all fainty if I don't eat, and feel sluggish if I eat cake, so a cup of hot chocolate would be nothing unless it was wet cocolate sugar.
"Driving to work one morning in late winter, I lost control of my car. After a short spin on the ice and slush, the back half of the car had jumped the curb and was stuck in someone’s front yard. Ten minutes later, the car is in Drive, and I’m standing in front of it, hands on the hood, rocking the car back and forth.
