#20 Americans! 64ounces of water. How much it is in nautical miles? Or Barn-megaparsecs?

Here's what changed things for me:
I read packages. If I see anything I cannot pronounce, or cannot say what it is, I won't buy/eat it. It keeps my food healthier. Also, if the first ingredient is some kind of sugar, it's out of the question.
100 pounds later, none of the junk food stuff tastes ok to me

"Unless you're Chris Traeger you're gonna f@#k up. it took me two years of trying to get the momentum I needed to lose 110 pounds. I've got 50 to go and I've lost that momentum and it's taken me a few months to get back in the swing of it. [Messing] up is a part of progress and progress isn't linear."
