It still depends. if you really want to know it, you have to weight all your food because than you only would really know the calories. And believe me, you don't wanna do that. How less you know, how better!

The trick is satisfaction. Eat smaller amounts of healthier food = the same satisfaction as eating more unhealthy food. The reason people keep eating/feeling hungry is b/c of lack of nutritious food choices.
