In Florida, where I live, we just jump to the conclusion that a driver is over 70 years old: no sticker required.

#7 is pretty common worldwide. I've experienced many of the rest of these first hand though. The number of young kids navigating the cities on their own was a welcome sight for me after living in the US where few people allow their kids out without very hands-on supervision.

Umbrella holders with locks

Some places in Japan offer umbrella lockers to keep your umbrella so that it won’t be stolen. You can then move around in the building easier without poking others. No wet umbrellas inside also means the floor won’t get wet and no one will slip and fall.
