In Florida, where I live, we just jump to the conclusion that a driver is over 70 years old: no sticker required.

#7 is pretty common worldwide. I've experienced many of the rest of these first hand though. The number of young kids navigating the cities on their own was a welcome sight for me after living in the US where few people allow their kids out without very hands-on supervision.
Using a small tray to pay with cash
Using a tray to pay with cash is not just a polite gesture, it is practical too. Customers can easily see if they have been given the right change and there’s less of a risk that coins will drop.
