Whatever she does/did should be her choice but changing her appearance after a bloke dumps her sounds a bit knee j#rk & desperate. Her ex was probably about as shallow as your response, especially if you think that attraction is just about looks rather than personality. You should try that as a chat up line - 'If you were to have plastic surgery, you could have anyone you want...' - it will get you what you deserve in life.

It is very telling that the first thing eastern Asian young women do when they have access to plastic surgery is to remove all traces of their ethnicity.
