The 21-year-old girl from Dak Lak province said that she made the decision to drastically change her looks after breaking up with her 11th grade boyfriend, when she was only 17.

Whatever she does/did should be her choice but changing her appearance after a bloke dumps her sounds a bit knee j#rk & desperate. Her ex was probably about as shallow as your response, especially if you think that attraction is just about looks rather than personality.
