This video should have been handed over to the local authorities then posted on the local tv nightly news. Still pictures from this video should be printed in the newspaper asking for the public’s help in identifying these losers. They both need a good dose of humiliation.

My gf dropped $1000 in Christmas cash in $100s into a candy rack out of her wallet paying once . Next person who saw it just handed it in. Three hours later she retraced her steps and they were going thru the video to try and find her.
Hope this one ends as well even tho the chase is on .
