No, it shouldn't. The injection is intramuscular, and for the obvious reason you don't 'aim for the bone' when you give those in the deltoid . The nurse (?) bunches the muscle specifically to ensure sufficient depth. If your upper arm is similarly slim, you'll find that the position she chooses is the better of the two 'sides' to use.
On the also, there should not be any 'resistance' visible. There's no need for force to penetrate flesh with that sort of needle and that smooth movement is exactly what an injection looks like.
It looks to simply be a case of a poor choice of camera angle, presumably because the crew hadn't rehearsed the filming.
Seriously, anti-vaxxers, their bogus claims and conspiracy theories are a menace
that has already cost lives, damaged families and communities, and is set to add further, avoidable economic harm and suffering to the pandemic. Don't buy their sh*t.

First of all, the reason they probably did this was because they "didn't want anything going wrong on tv". Not exactly uncommon.
Secondly, where do you get that "So many" medical professionals don't want to get the vaccin? How is this vid even proof she specifically doesn't want to get it?
Show me "All of those medical professionals. Hey! Ievem think that IF she didn't want to get it, she could have just said to give the shot on tv to any other employee being the director and all.
Thirdly, if doctors everywhere think the vaccine is nonsense why are they all vaccinating over the worls? Are there secret new world order shape shifting lizard people assassins aiming guns at them ready to kill them if they speak out in your conspiracy theory world?
