The argument isn’t whether the climate changes. The climate has always a changed. It’s whether that cause is primarily driven by human endeavors and whether politically driven agenda is the solution. If you believe it to be 100% caused by humans, then be the change you want to see...stop driving, stop flying, stop using electricity and do not use anything that cannot be reused...and avoid political insults.

Eb,

OR, we could all think and save as much energy as possible as individuals and get all companies to stop putting profit before everything. Just because a business has to make money doesn't mean they should do it no matter what the consequences are.
And yes the climate has changed obviously but, but even if it's not 100% caused by us, something tells me that the fact that these last 100 years or so we've been through an industrial age and the amount of damage we've caused in the meantime means that percentage is a lot closer to 100 than 0.
Most scientists in the world agree. And yes, obviously you can find a few that say differently.
But just as the researchers that claim smoking is not that bad for you, or that fat is way worse than sugar, you'll find their research is funded by certain political or economical people that just happen to make a lot of profit with those kind of results.

Cold weather causes far more deaths every year than hot weather does.

If you look around this planet and cannot see how many times it has been harvested for its sub-surface minerals and surface reserves, then you only see what you want to see.

when they make it a law no profit can be made from green products or services and the politicians are still screaming about climate change then i'll believe it. but as of right now the ones screaming the loudest are the ones making the most profit.

#23 is just from beach erosion. In Florida they construct barrier islands of dredge material to slow down erosion and they replenish many/most beaches. I have lived in Florida for 30 years - the water level is the same as it always has been.

#11 This was NOT the result of any weather. It was the result of very bad land management policy.

My question for everyone who says this is just normal/not human caused: so, are you just totally cool with the glaciers all melting away in the next 20 years as estimated and the Earth becoming uninhabitable? Like, we're all gonna die but it's not our fault so there's nothing we can do and it's fine? I'd be extra freaked if I thought human behavior wasn't responsible, because then we have no options or way out.
