Anse, #6 seems to be one of 4 pylons defending the perimeter of that silvery light(?) pole at the bottom right. It looks like the truck backed in, it bent down the pylon, then knocked down the light pole. And when the truck moved forward, the pylon got trapped by the bumper guard and was dragged.
I suppose the owner of the lot should have marked these 2 parking spots for smaller rigs only, but it's still the fault of the driver for having poor judgement and being careless.
