Yes, regular exercise and healthy eating work a treat when aging. I always joke with my friend (who turned 40) that we are only able to drink beer nowadays (jack & coke are a thing of the past). Switching off the TV & Netflix also helps.
Protect your back. Get a strong core first. Lift with your legs. Pay attention to sitting and standing posture. Spines don’t really recover. You don’t want to have a bad back at 30 like I did.
