Lets say its real. The metal will wear down over time, and the device will break. That is one of the problems with making any such device. Tear and wear. So it is not a perpetuum mobile.

This is fake. Physics tells you that gravity will give the ball a velocity when it goes down and the energy stored in the velocity will be used to get the ball airborne again. The energy stored will in theory be able to get the ball up to the original level less two factors - one is the rolling resistance and the other one is the air resistance

Make it jump a bit higher each round, so that it will get to the leaving velocity and leave the solar system.
