It can be extremely difficult not to mention emotionally and physically exhausting form someone to be a caregiver. Perhaps Mike was burnt out. He tried to help, she kept eating. Glad she's healthier, yet I really don't think that having weight loss surgery is anywhere near the success enjoyed by someone who actually worked it off. I must say, she doesn't look to be exhibiting any signs of someone who is not able to exercise now.

by her tatts and extreme change in hair color and clown makeup, experience tells me that she became narcissistic once the weight started coming off and people (more than likely) started to compliment and give her a lot of attention.
