I bought some 1m cable ties, which rather than folding them, they sent in a box about 5' long by 1' square.

You don't get tiny boxes for small stuff because companies have Standard boxes, supposedly Target has 3 that cover 70% of their inventory*.

If the person packing did not have a small box next to them, they will not be looking for one and you Will get your item in whatever packaging they had next to them.

I mean seriously, Amazon employees are rumored to be standing in one spot for entire workday, peeing in bottles, do you Think they will cut a custom box just because you had a Tiny order? =P
