Based on your comment you may not be aware of this, but doctors, surgeons and nurses have worn masks all day for generations and still perform extremely well. If the masks cut off oxygen surgeons in particular could not even do their job

He had claimed responsibility for the decision. The administrative court, however, declared the mask requirement to be legal last week. The judges there indicated that they considered the family judge’s decision to be “manifestly unlawful”. Family courts are not empowered to issue orders to authorities.
The Weimar decision has also been heavily criticised… by other courts… The public prosecutor’s office is now investigating the initial suspicion that the judge could have “consciously and seriously distanced himself from the law” and made a decision that is not supported by the statutory provisions."

based on your comment, you might not realize this, but doctors, surgeons and nurses wear masks only when they need to. Like in an operating room, not in general practice, and the operating room has extra oxygen pumped into it to offset the oxygen deprivation from wearing the mask. That is why they have to be very careful about anything that can spark or start a fire.
Working in surgery rooms since 18years, never heard about that.
Air pressure is higher in surgery room, to prevent bacterias to enter the room, with higher pressure come more oxygen, but still the same part as outside (about 21%).
There is no such thing as oxygen enrichment, and it would be very dangerous, anaesthesia gases are very flammable, and surgeons like to make sparks…
