There's a difference between a scammer and a telemarketer though. Which some of these obviously are. It's not fair to hold up someone just doing their job that are often not even allowed to just hang up. And a lot of them have only really earn when they make a sale or something. They would like it a lot better if you just hang up so they can move on.
