This is fake. At no point in the video can you see if the hose he is filling from is attached to the gas pump. Then you see the video cut to where he returns the filler to pump, just some clever editing to make it seem like he was pumping gas when he just had a hose with a gas station filler attached to bucket or something filled with water. The truck was probably already filled with water and they just shot some video of filling a little more water near a gas station pump to seem like it was gas when it was water from a bucket our of the video frame. This is not even a very good prank video.
